It is the fault of the countries who permit their citizens to immigrate to places where labor laws are almost nonexistent. Are these embassies & their envoys sleeping here in Qatar. Why don't they take some stand on worker's complaints? Reason being that the corrupt governments of these so called poor countries themselves are involved in these kind of rackets.
