In my area (freez abdul aziz)near health centre in evening you can see 100s of people (one partcular nationality) gathered, smoking/drinking tea or cold drinks, chewing pan or tobacco on road and throwing in open. Area is hell in the evening and no family can go outside. Moreover these people sit & spit or throw garbage on parked cars. I approached police with photgraphs, they sent me to CID, CID sent me to Baladiya,Baladiya asked me to go to cleaning department and so on. Lastly I was tired and now learning to live in garbage till I get good place and my existing landlord agrees to return my cheques.
