Company and ql is 2 different thing...Ql in one way can be compared to fbook where no seniors or juniors show comparison..all are equal...if the old qlers have objection then they should approach the owner or mods of ql and mods should allot or put a batch between the seniors and juniors...i would say ql is more like a college than a company...None of the guidelines in ql tells to show distinction between the old and the new...every one to its own rights
