Hi.if u decided to get ur child an indian passport, definitely u can't get Philippine passport. U better go to the Philippine embassy & apply for the report of birth of the child. Then when u go to Philippines, u can apply for the Recognition as Filipino Citizenship, so the next time u travel to Philippines with ur child, u don't need to get visa for ur child.
