There is nothing called emergency leave in Qatar Labor Law. If you have emergency, go through right procedure as per your Company policy, provide facts and documents and get proper approval. If the company approves it , you can go on leave, else you cannot. Even if they approve your leave, that will be deemed as unpaid leave. ( If you company is generous enough, they can make it paid leave considering the duration if its less)
