Send an email to Oredoo customer care, complain about both the staff( better if you go there again and get names of both the culprits). Mention the whole story, I think there top management will sc_ _ them. ( its just a hope that there management will take some action but still try from your side.. )

You can also ask about the clarification of the Shahry to avoid confusion. Keep in mind, if you exceed the minutes etc, they will charge you hell and you have to pay. Better get some sort of clarification from them through email so you understand it fully plus you will have a record which you can use in future to claim your right.
