WT, development depends on the nation and people living in the country, within 30 to 40 years, look at Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand....so many improvement. 45 Years, they had more than enough time and money to make this into one of the great cities. Instead I see so much wastage here, greed, selfness, senselessness, scams & cheats...its sad really! Greatest achievement of all the countries I have mentioned is Korea, they came out from WWII, living in mud huts and eating fermented vegetables, now they make Samsung, LG Phones, LED, Home Appliances...KIA Hyundai, building cars and ships...they have outsourced contruction company building the rail roads and building here in Qatar. Yes many things can be achieve within 45 years...where have times gone and how much wastage has been incured
