The RP issued is identical with any other RP. No refference to any medical condition on it. the only difference from a "normal" RP is 1 year duration, but 1 year duration can be of your own choice as well, whithout any medical condition. So, you should not be concerned from this point of view.

Second, if you want to stop the medication, better talk to a doctor in advance. Doing it before completing the treatment can actually make you worse, by making the bacteria resistent to antibiotics.
So, unless you experience very serious side effects (like liver damage, shown by jaundice, normally), it's wiser to complete the treatment.

If you leave the country you shouldn't care of the doctors or authorities here, but you should care about your health.
