Connected Qatar has removed the NAPS option for payment. I have packages waiting for payment so they can be shipped to Qatar. I can't get my packages until I pay, and I can no longer log in and pay online. Perhaps this is intentional. Connected Qatar now doesn't have to hire drivers to deliver packages to customers. Customer Service is useless. The staff are not very friendly and do not know how to solve problems. It appears that customers will now have tp go to the GPO or a post office branch to make payment. Connected Qatar has gone downhill. Once I get my present shipments (if I actually ever get them), I will delete my account with Connected Qatar. The frustration they give me is just not worth it.. Connected Qatar is the worst I have ever dealt with. It's a pity that is is so inefficient and lacking in customer service skills.
