For All the Filmmakers: DFI Presents Practical Labs

In collaboration with the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and as part of Qatar-Germany 2017 Year of Culture, the Doha Film Institute is delighted to host a series of Practical Labs in September and October 2017.
During these seminars, participants will improve their skills in working with light creatively, using and experimenting with grip equipment, acquiring the skills of a film editor, as well as learning advanced cinematography techniques.

Lighting with Marcus Zaiser: 17 to 20 September
Grip with Marcus Zaiser: 22 to 25 September
Cinematography with Marcus Zaiser: 27 September to 1 October
Editing with Alex Bushe: 2 to 6 October
